Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a preorder item. This policy lays out how you can change or cancel a preorder.

Canceling Preorders 

• Preorders can be cancelled up until the point that they have been sent for fulfillment.
• Upon cancelling, you will receive a full refund to the payment method provided on the original order.

Modifying Preorders 

• Preorders cannot be modified once placed.
• If you wish to make a change to your preorder, we ask that you cancel it, then purchase a new one in the desired product configuration.

Please note that any non-preorder items included in a preorder will not ship until all items in the order are ready to be fulfilled. Please see our shipping policy for full details.
